Program ini telah direka untuk memenuhi keperluan para penuntut dewasa dan remaja berumur 16 tahun ke atas yang tidak mempunyai atau melalui pembelajaran ilmu islam secara formal. Kenali dan fahami asas Islam dalam jangkamasa 6 bulan. Tiada perperiksaan diadakan. Kelas berlangsung mingguan serta harian. Pelajar boleh melanjutkan pelajaran ke SPI setelah tamat.

Their roles extends from not only teaching religious classes in Madrasah or Mosques, but also assume as socio-religious intellectuals, missionaries (Du'at), writers, research analyst, entrepreneurs and community leaders in mosques and other Islamic institutions.
