Position Reports to Senior Manager / Head of Programme

The Programme Executive is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the clients, manage volunteers and conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards.

1. Plan and execute programmes and activities relevant and beneficial for the various age groups and profiles of clients served in line with organisation’s mission

2. Working closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the clients served

3. Recruit and manage volunteers to support the programmes

4. Conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards

5. Exercise fiscal management and optimization of resources relating to work scope

6. Any other duties as assigned by 4PM Board Members that are aligned to 4PM’s purposes

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

- Ability to plan, organize, execute and facilitate programmes and activities
- Ability to engage stakeholders and partners to bring in programmes to meet the needs of the clients

Core Competencies:

- Keen interest in working with youth and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and resourceful

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Degree or Diploma in Social Service or Social Work or any related discipline.

- Working experience preferably in event management or youth and family would be advantageous.
