Volunteer for Post65: Walk and Wheelathon 2012

1. Route Marshals
- To direct the runners
- To look out for any injured participants and inform first aiders
- To be stationed along the route to guide and direct participants, and ensure the safety of participants along the route.
-To ensure that roller bladers do not cross path with walkers and wheelchair riders
-To ensure that the quiz boards are intact along the route.
- To ensure safety of the elderly along the route. Interact with them if possible.

2. Water point
- To provide water for participants

3. Goodie Bags Distributors
- To distribute goodie bags

4. Wheelchair pushers
- To push wheelchair riders along the 650m (for MHCC elderly) and 6.5km routes (for all participants from the public) respectively where necessary.

5. Ushers/runners
-To control and direct the crowd within the event location.
- To provide information to participants with any queries.
- To help out with the wheelchair pushers if needed.
