He has more than 30 years of experience both as a Corporate Executive and Consultant with an impressive track record in coaching and mentoring executives and professionals in Asia Pacific including Japan, Australia and New Zealand. He has consulted and trained for multinational companies such as Standard Chartered, HSBC, DuPont, Reuters and Bayer among others.

On the social front, Tengku, who has coached and mentored thousands of youths and executives on career development and management, is also an active Rotarian and had been President of a Rotary Club in which he was actively involved in Vocational Service and Leadership Development for the Younger Generation.
